Diary of an Addict!

So, I use the term addict very lightly...however, I do have a very extremist and addictive personality. Since I have matured out of my childish youth, and given up all of my unhealthy and immoral addictions, what has become my addiction? Food; more specifically SUGAR!!! The power of it is quite ridiculous. I have been known to literally pull a 180 in attitude after a few chocolate chip cookies...LOL. Lately, I have been overdoing it on a lot of things...food wise. I really don't know what's going on with that. If something is good I just keep eating until I am too full to handle it anymore...WTH? I wonder what I am trying to compensate for at times. I had to ban myself from making chocolate chip cookies for a while because I was running through them like a Kentucky Derby Champ. What is a girl to do? I know one thing...I really really want a cookie...LOL
