Play Dough but BETTER!

So, when I was a kid I loved to play with play dough...I actually liked eating it too...but don't tell anybody. Anyways, I am in culinary school for baking and pastry. I am really starting to get enthusiatic about cooking too, but my heart is still in baking I think. I came to that conclusion tonight when I played with fondant for the first time...OMG it was like I was 6 again. Playing with fondant was just like when I played with play dough. I had sooo much fun that I can't wait to make my next cake...which by the way I wont have to wait long for since my cousins son is having his birthday party next weekend. This could, however, end up being the end of me seeing as I will need to eat the first cake before making the second...what's a girl to do?
